This portfolio is a representation of my creative work at Delta Air Lines from September 2008 through October 2011. At Delta, a fellow colleague and I were charged with running a department called 'Customer Experience'. The breadth of the work we did was vast. My colleague worked mostly with internal and external customer events and tradeshows, while I was focused mainly on advertising, customer communications, promotions, and brand management. Although we each had specified responsibilities, we would utilize each others' unique talents to collectively complete projects and accomplish goals, and some of this work is a representation of that cooperation.
